*An Initial appointment and scheduling fee of $60 dollars will be charge to hold first time appointment slots. This fee will be applied towards your cost at time of service. Should this fee be greater than your responsibility of cost the remaining amount can be used towards future payments or refunding back to the original card charged. If appointment is canceled 24 hours in advance a refund will be issued. Should you cancel same-day or no-show no refund will be issued.
